Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before booking, renting, or operating any vehicle from AG Road Rentals (“A&G Rentals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a reservation, paying a deposit, signing an agreement, or taking possession of a vehicle, the renter (“Renter,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be legally bound by all terms, policies, and conditions outlined herein.

1. Driver Eligibility & Verification

• Age Requirement: Primary and additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age at the time of pickup.
• Driver’s License: You must present a valid, government-issued, unexpired driver’s license. Temporary paper permits or learner permits are not accepted.
• Pre-Trip Check-In: All primary drivers must complete our online Check-In Verification 24 hours prior to pickup, uploading: (1) a clear photo of their valid driver’s license, and (2) a driver selfie holding the photo ID next to their face.
• Authorized Drivers: Only individuals explicitly listed on the rental agreement and approved after identity verification are permitted to operate the vehicle. Additional drivers must be 21+ and provide valid credentials.

2. Security Deposit & Payment Terms

• $250 Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 is authorized upon booking. Following vehicle return, condition inspection, and verification of fuel and lockbox return, the deposit is released back to your card within 3 to 5 business days.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and approved Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) providers (Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm).
• Strict Payment Policy: We strictly do NOT accept debit cards, prepaid cards, or paper checks. The name on the credit card must match the primary driver’s reservation.
• Total Calculation: Total rental charges, applicable taxes, selected add-ons, and the $250 security deposit must be paid/authorized prior to vehicle release.

3. Insurance & Protection

Insurance coverage is provided directly through AG Road Rentals as a registered commercial fleet, subject to the terms, conditions, limits, exclusions, and eligibility requirements of the applicable policy. Renters are responsible for adhering to all traffic safety laws. Coverage may be voided if the vehicle is operated by an unauthorized driver, in violation of law, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

4. Mileage Allowance & Add-Ons

• Standard Allowance: Every rental includes 250 miles per day free of charge. Overage miles beyond this allowance are billed at $0.35 per mile upon return.
• Unlimited Mileage Options: Unlimited daily mileage is available for +$30/day. A 7+ day unlimited weekly package is available for a flat +$200.

  • Child Safety Seat (Sanitized): $25 flat per rental
  • Hands-Free Phone Mount: $10 flat per rental
  • Fast USB-C Phone Charger & Adapter: $10 flat per rental
  • PHL Airport Delivery & Drop-Off (Round-Trip): $50 flat fee

5. Fuel & Cleanliness Policies

• Full Tank Policy: Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, a flat $40 refueling charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Strict Smoke-Free & Pet-Free Policy: Smoking, vaping, tobacco products, and unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited inside all fleet vehicles. Violations will result in an immediate $250 interior detailing and sanitization fee deducted from the security deposit.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 24 Hours Notice: 100% full refund of all rental charges and deposits.
• Less than 24 Hours Notice: No refund for the booked rental period.
• No-Show / Unclaimed Vehicle: If the vehicle is not picked up within 3 hours of the scheduled reservation time without prior notice, the reservation is canceled with no refund.

7. Return Procedures & Late Return Policy

• Drop-Off Verification: Renters must complete the online Check-Out verification upon return, uploading clear photos of the dashboard (fuel level & odometer) and 4 exterior/interior angles, and confirming keys are deposited in the on-site lockbox.
• 30-Minute Grace Period: A 30-minute grace period is provided. Returns exceeding 30 minutes past the scheduled return time without prior written approval will be charged the standard full daily rental rate.
• Trip Extensions: Extensions must be requested prior to your scheduled drop-off day by calling or texting (484) 326-8000 and are subject to vehicle availability.

8. Tolls, Parking & Traffic Violations

The Renter is solely responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, speeding tickets, traffic citations, towing fees, and impound charges incurred during the rental period. Unpaid tolls or violations received by AG Road Rentals will be billed directly to the Renter’s card on file along with a standard $15 administrative processing fee per violation.

9. Accidents, Breakdown & Emergency Support

In the event of an accident, mechanical issue, flat tire, or breakdown:

1. Ensure the immediate safety of all passengers and move to a secure location.
2. Call emergency services (911) if there are injuries or vehicle damage, and obtain a police report.
3. Immediately text URGENT to (484) 326-8000. Our 24/7 priority support team will provide emergency roadside assistance or coordinate replacement logistics.

10. Prohibited Uses of Vehicles

The vehicle shall not be operated or used:

• By anyone under the influence of alcohol, medication, or illegal substances.
• For commercial ride-sharing or unauthorized subleasing without prior written consent.
• For racing, speed tests, off-road driving, or towing any trailer or vehicle.
• For any illegal act or transportation of hazardous materials.
• Outside the continental United States.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
